Your son or daughter's future is important to you, and it's important to us, too.

That's why we put our heart and soul into giving our young learners the best possible start to their careers in sport. They will earn qualifications, get practical on-the-job experience and opportunities to engage with local employers.

Of our 49 young trainee coaches in 2015/16, 30 progressed into employment (with 100% still employed six months later), 13 went into further education and two went to university. 82% of graduates achieved all qualifications included Maths and English.

Don't just take our word for it. Let our recent graduates tell you about their fun and fulfilling Coachmakers experiences on our Success stories page.

STOP PRESS: In 2017/18, to give our learners a voice in how their education is run and delivered, we are introducing the Coachmakers Youth Council. This will provide an added layer of support for all young coaches on our programmes. For more information click here.
